Beth | Arkansas State Capitol Bridal Session

Happy Wednesday, ya’ll! Yesterday we shared the highlights of Patrick & Beth’s oh-so-colorful Woodland Heights wedding with you, which means now we can share Beth’s bridal portraits! Yay, yay, yay! We blog every session and wedding that we photograph, typically within a few days, so you can imagine how crazy difficult it is to hold onto photos this gorgeous for so long!!

Beth asked to have her bridal portraits taken indoors. We really can’t imagine why, since it was only around 100 degrees with humidity so thick you could feast on it. Isn’t that what every girl wants to do? Have her hair and makeup styled professionally, put on the dress of her dreams and then go stand in the Arkansas summer heat for a couple of hours? Yeah right! We were secretly dancing for joy when she said she wanted to keep it inside. Not because we wouldn’t have to carry sweat rags in our camera bags (yes, our northern friends, there is such a thing), but because our state Capitol is a DREAM to shoot in! The light and cleanliness only accentuated the drop-dead-beauty that Beth was already working. Seriously Beth, every girl would kill to have your skin and your smile!
