When Kate went to the beach for spring break seven years ago, I highly doubt she expected to meet the love of her life and future husband! A chance meeting turned into a beautiful love story, and we got to celebrate them on the most gorgeous spring day at Rusty Tractor Vineyards on Friday!
Nick & Kate love the outdoors (he proposed when they took their new camper out for the first time!), cooking, and playing with their sweet furbaby, Furmido (pronounced Fur-me-doe). Rusty Tractor felt very true to them! It was the perfect mixture of the outdoors and elegance. A few of my favorite things about their wedding day were the unique combination of colors (navy, light blue, champagne, gold, and lots of greenery), Kate’s daddy’s PRECIOUS reaction to his baby girl in her wedding dress (cue the tears), and their PERFECT golden hour portraits in the vineyard!
More and more couples are choosing a smaller wedding party, like Nick and Kate did, and I’m really loving it! They got to spend the day with their best friends and closest family members. And I’m wishing we could do it over and over again, because their tribe is FUN!!
Nick & Kate, THANK YOU for trusting me as your wedding photographer! Your day was absolutely perfect in every way, and it was my honor to get to be a part of it! I hope you’re enjoying being back at the beach where this all began 🙂
