Orange Country-Style Wedding with Pops of Teal Chase & Hannah

What do horses, God, a dental lab, and a broken down car have in common? Let me just tell you…

When I got Hannah’s email a couple of months ago with brief synopsis of her and Chase’s story, I immediately CRIED. There are times that God sends a couple to me that He knows I need in my life. Chase and Hannah are absolutely one of those couples.

Hannah first met Chase when she was suddenly in need of a new place to keep her horse. She had recently been through a hard breakup and was not looking for a new relationship. This guy she didn’t know yet, Chase, heard about Hannah’s horse dilemma, and reached out to this stranger to let her know he had some land that she was welcome to come look at. When she got there, she met this country boy who was kind and down-to-earth. The land was perfect for her horse! After she left, her car broke down, and Chase ended up driving out to help her. They talked and talked like old friends, and have been together ever since 🙂

Chase and Hannah both love God with all of their hearts, and have been intentional from the beginning to put Him at the center of their relationship. Their wedding was a beautiful testimony to how God can take what seems like a dire and unwanted circumstance and turn it into something truly remarkable.

The part about the dental lab? Well, Chase’s mom so happens to have worked with my father-in-law at Green Dental Lab for years! And you may not know this, but I’ve had horses in my blood since birth! Both of my grandfathers are horsemen, and I have been riding practically since I could walk. Horses were my whole life. So, needless to say, I felt an instant connection with Chase and Hannah!

I have MANY words to describe their country wedding at Honey Hill Ranch in Greenbrier, Arkansas: sentimental, joyful, funny (to know Chase is to laugh with Chase!), intimate, and spiritual. Not to mention, we had unreal weather! 80 degrees with a breeze in late May?? I’ll take it!
